How we choose, rank and check what is in the guide, and how paid placements are kept separate.
Inclusion is editorial
A business gets a listing because our editors think it deserves one. Nobody pays to be included, and nobody can pay to change a ranking. Lists labeled "Our picks" are ordered by our editors only.
Paid units are labeled
Partner placements, sponsored rows and ads carry a Partner, Sponsored or Ad label that the advertiser cannot remove. Partner content is marked as such at the top of the article.
Facts are checked
Dates, prices, addresses and opening hours come from the official source wherever one exists, and we record where each fact came from. If something is not confirmed, we leave it out rather than guess.
No invented reviews
We do not publish made-up guest reviews or quotes. Where you see a verdict, it is ours.
Corrections
Tell us about a mistake through the contact form. We correct factual errors as soon as we can confirm them.
